Let your most complex constructions take shape. The flexibility in our operations enables virtually any workpiece geometry to be offered in small series. It makes no difference whether it’s cubical or rotationally symmetric – we make sure everything goes according to your plans.

Complete machining. The jigs and fixtures construction, tool technology, and NC programming are oriented on short reaction times with alterations and new parts. Complex cubical workpieces are produced in multiple clamping mode in multiple pallet operation in different machining centers: small series of blank castings with complex bore hole patterns and high quality requirements (up to IT5) belong among our reference products (levers, rails, bars and drive housings).

Turned parts. Rings, flanges, and gearwheels of medium dimensions are produced but also drive shafts or special eccentric slide bearings with tolerance ranges down to seven micrometers, including modern external and internal cylindrical grinding technology. We can also produce classical turned parts with a normal chuck.

Metal plate producing. Using the latest manufacturing technologies for cutting to size (water jet cutting for instance) and bending, we process steel plate, stainless steel, and aluminium plate in small, medium and large formats in thicknesses of up to 25 millimeters. We manufacture the widest variety of welded assemblies such as control cabinets, galleries, paneling, or washing equipment.

CNC pipe bending. manroland can produce steel, copper, and stainless steel pipes in diameters from 4 to 35 millimeters and up to three meters long based on engineering drawings or sample pipes. The bent pipes are rinsed and pre-assembled with Voss fluid connectors or cutting rings.
