With a pile height of 900 millimeters, the ROLAND 200 with high pile delivery* leaves plenty of space for other work between pile changes. Or enough to present a more precise picture of its many outstanding details with this brochure. But don’t rush – there is still enough room in the high pile delivery.
Less work steps. The high pile delivery* with a maximum pile height of 900 millimeters reduces the number of pile changes, especially for high-volume print runs with a large printing substrate thickness.
More diversity. For a fast change between coating and printing modes the last printing unit before the high pile delivery includes ROLAND InlineCoater smart*.
Reliable drying. The high pile delivery offers enough space to integrate the ROLAND SelectDryer IR* or the ROLAND SelectDryer IR/TL*.
Comprehensive cardboard package. The ROLAND 200 with high pile delivery offers a wide printing substrate range of 0.04 to 0.8 millimeters. The cardboard package* with a cover frame on the feedboard, rear sheet edge lead via the printing cylinders, and CardboardWheels on the transferters and delivery drum, enables mark-free sheet travel.
High register stability. The massive base frame ensures stability and precision. Effort and material wear are minimized throughout the entire service life.
